JACKSON, MI – A teen was arrested Christmas Eve after allegedly shooting another teen in the back during a fight in the street, police said. Police say the incident happened on the 600 block of Seymour Avenue around 5 p.m. Investigators say the victim was involved in a fight with someone else and the 17-year-old teen pulled out a gun. The teens began to run away and the 17-year-old shot the gun towards the victim.

Two others injured Tuesday "should be on the road to physical healing, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.
