Anthony Santander joined the Toronto Blue Jays on a five-year deal this offseason after rejecting an offer from the Baltimore Orioles that he said wasn't even close.

The outfielder signed a five-year, $92.5 million contract with the Blue Jays that includes a sixth-year option that could raise the total value to $110 million.

After Anthony Santander finished his first of many games against the Orioles as a Toronto Blue Jay, he acknowledged how much he enjoyed playing in Baltimore, but said there was “zero chance” he’d re-sign with them.
