A group of more than 20 states are suing the Trump administration over efforts to cut Medicaid payments to Planned Parenthood

Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield is suing the federal government over a provision in Congressional Republicans’ massive tax and spending law that prevents Planned Parenthood from receiving Medicaid reimbursements for health care services at its clinics.

California's suit contends that Trump’s signature tax law is unconstitutionally vague and requires states to violate Planned Parenthood’s First Amendment rights.
