The Knicks defeated the Atlanta Hawks 119-110 yesterday in a game that had a playoff atmosphere throughout all four quarters. The Hawks had won their previous two matchups against New York, with Trae Young adding fuel to the fire by miming rolling dice at center court during the NBA Cup quarterfinals in Madison Square Garden.
The New York Knicks ' 140-106 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks took the team's color commentator, Walt Frazier, into a nostalgic trip. As the Madison Square Garden crowd cheered on Sunday, with Jalen Brunson on the bench, Frazier recalled a legendary Knicks teammate. Frazier compared Brunson to a Knicks legend.

New York rolled with a strong second half against Trae Young and a Hawks team that has frustrated New York time and time again. While Jalen Brunson will get the bulk of the credit with his 34-point day, he wasn't the sole factor in the win.
