Kim Caldwell (née Stephens; born November 24, 1988) is an American college basketball coach who is currently the head coach of the University of Tennessee Lady Volunteers.She previously served in the same role at Marshall for one season, where she was named the Sun Belt Conference (SBC) Coach of the Year [2] and received the Maggie Dixon Award as the top Division I rookie head coach in 2024.
